On December 3 Jim Charlier gave a presentation to a group of smart growth advocates in Downtown Phoenix at the offices of the AARP in the Colliers Center. The meeting was organized by Teresa Brice (LISC) and Shannon Scutari (Arizona Governor’s Office).
Attendees included representatives of the Sonoran Institute, Urban Land Institute, Phoenix Revitalization Corporation, and Arizona State University Decision Theater, among others.
