Boulder County Community-wide EcoPass Feasibility Study
Charlier Associates recently completed a feasibility study for a community-wide EcoPass program for Boulder County. RTD, the Denver region transit agency, has a well-established bulk rate discount pass program, the EcoPass, which has been in place for about 20 years.
Boulder County, CO Mountain Town Transit Feasibility Study
Charlier Associates, Inc. (CAI) completed a unique transit feasibility study that assessed the opportunities for and the feasibility of greater transit investment serving Boulder County’s mountain communities and major recreational areas. CAI worked with County staff, local transit service providers, and other key stakeholders to address potential means of expanding personal mobility and mountain town travel choices balanced with cost-effective investment of limited transportation resources and funding.
Santa Fe, NM Regional Transit Service Plan
Charlier Associates, Inc. prepared the Santa Fe City and County Regional Planning Authority’s (RPA) first-ever Regional Transit Service Plan. The Plan includes a series of tools to evaluate and prioritize existing and proposed urban and rural transit service investments for dedicated sales tax funding.
Northern Arizona Intergovernmental Public Transit Authority (NAIPTA) Transit Planning
Charlier Associates, Inc. has completed numerous projects for the Northern Arizona Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority (NAIPTA), Flagstaff’s regional transit agency.
Glenwood Springs Transit Operations Plan
Innovative and useful transit planning is one of Charlier Associates’ core specialties. CAI has an extensive track record of successful transit service planning and implementation throughout Colorado and other Western and mountain communities, and in unique community settings across the country. This project updated Ride Glenwood Springs’ Transit Operations Plan (TOP).
