As part of CAI on going work with EPA’s Smart Growth Team, Jim Charlier worked with members of a multidisciplinary team and the public to develop smart growth policies for the City of McCall, Idaho. Jim was involved in a charrette that explored a wide range of transportation and land use options for the Lardo and the West Valley. The final recommendations made by the team have been accepted by City Council as amendments to the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
