Smart Growth Policies for McCall, Idaho

As part of CAI on going work with EPA’s Smart Growth Team, Jim Charlier worked with members of a multidisciplinary team and the public to develop smart growth policies for the City of McCall, Idaho. Jim was involved in a charrette that explored a wide range of transportation and land use options for the Lardo and the West Valley.
